A very beautiful hotel close to all shops and the famous Hot Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no lift. The stairs are easy to climb. 8 minutes away is Bueno restaurant with such delicious real Italian food. The rooms were big and spacious and when I asked for a more quiet room, they immediately gave us an upgrade to a Deluxe room with Kitchen. The owner was so friendly, I called him many times (ask for the number of the front desk when you check in) and he came in person to say Goodbye to us in the end.

The hotel is very clean, polite, good service // soft bed, good zones in the room // next to the TV shelf Thought it should be a bit higher, would have been better as the bed was quite high. Other than that, it's all good.
