We were staying here during hurricane Helene and the staff did the best they could given the circumstances

Loved this space and its rooftop! The lobby was awesome and felt more like a fun VIP lounge.

I usually stay in an VRBO but stayed here since I was only in town for 2 nights. The staff was very warm and friendly. When I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. I travel around the world, and this had to be one of the cleanest rooms I had ever seen. The beds were very comfortable. I will stay here and again and I would recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to downtown Asheville.

The area is unclean and the landscaping in not properly maintained.

It worked well for my family: 2 littles under 3. It allowed for a room that was closed by a door to allow the baby to sleep in pack n play without toddler waking him. However bed and pillows left a lot to desire limiting my wife's sleep.

Great stay only disappointment was they did not have the staff to open the rooftop bar

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Great welcome and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere and brilliant facilities, laundry, kitchen items, even board games and a lovely rooftop bar...a real home from home! Love this hotel/apartment concept and would highly recommend ....great job!

I really liked the Candlewood Suites in Asheville! The rooftop sitting areas and bar were a nice feature. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel and very convenient to downtown areas.

The room was comfortable and clean. There were places on the wall that needed painting.

I would recommend being on the top floor at anytime

I just discovered extra charges on my credit card, after paying in advance . Also their pet fee is 30$ per night although the website says 30$ for the whole stay. The surrounding area is extremely dirty. Stuff was rude and unprofessional.

Bug in shower. Rooftop bar was a joke. No furniture. No lights.

I loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The check in lady was awesome. VERY friendly and kind. The roof top bar was lovely! I loved that; I think some live music would be amazing up there! I loved having our room next to the lobby to be close, but it is definitely noisy in the morning. Did not bother me, but I think anyone who really values quiet will probably not appreciate room 111. I am very hard of hearing so it did not bother me.

Love the in room kitchen! It’s like home away from.
