The MDN people are friendly, even though they are from travel, they are willing to help find a room that suits your needs. So I ordered 2x through travel because the first room was not very comfortable.

very comfortable unit, got a unit on the 28th floor according to expectations, got it on the top floor, the AC is very cold, the room is also fragrant, the pillows and blankets are fragrant, there are toiletries, eating utensils, etc. all complete + very friendly staff. my first staycation here was really nice and good hwaa🫶🏻🫶🏻

(-) no water heater, when the stove gas runs out, you have to complain first before it is delivered, the wifi password is not available, you have to ask first before it is given, the TV remote is not good, I got a room on the 1st floor with a bad view and the worst thing is that the plug there was broken when I used it, there was a spark. The electricity went off automatically. It was quite shocking and traumatizing. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Lokasi strategis bgt tengah kota Bekasi. Fasilitas kamar oke, bersih, dapat handuk dan sabun tanpa sikat gigi. Kekurangan: staff harus proaktif dan gerak cepat dalam mengantar dan menjemput kunci jgn merepotkan tamu dengan meminta tamu antar kunci ke tower lain. Tks

View nya bagus, untuk malam tahun baru bisa langsung melihat di depan sumarecon mall, tapi kondisi ruang perlu diperbaiki, air pemanas tidak ada, sprei kusut sarung bantal&bantal usang, dan tidak sama, wifi ngga ada, TV buram parah dan ruangan. Bau apek. Yah semoga pengelola bisa perbaikan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan.

When I arrived, I immediately contacted MDN PRO, but I still had to wait for the room to be prepared, for the reason that I shouldn't be able to order in the application at night. From the time I arrived at the lobby tower until the unit was ready to use, I waited for about 1 hour 😅 apart from that I had been waiting a long time in the Davalia lobby, but it turned out that the ready unit was in the Freesia lobby, not according to the order in the application, when I arrived the room turned out to be zoned Again. Hahaha, I've been waiting for a long time, it turns out that the room's condition is not maximized. Feel like you're not appreciated because the sheets are messy, trash still has cigarette butts, the room still smells of cigarettes and is still cold (meaning someone in the room hasn't been out for a long time), got a wet towel. I immediately complained and got a replacement. Please maximize the service more.
