The atmosphere is very calm, comfortable, and pleasant. The kids were delighted because the swimming pool was very spacious and kid-friendly. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.

Overall it was really good, but the service was a bit disappointing, because when I called to borrow the iron they said it would be delivered later, but it wasn't delivered until I checked out :(

Small bathroom for 2 bedroom villas, shower not working properly, stain on pillow sheet and bedsheet, room phone not working make it hard to reach receptionist and if you have difficulties on sleeping, it is highly not suitable for your stay

It felt like Bali, but the room smelled like a mop, and it wasn't clean when I walked in. There was no fragrance at all.

We recommend at least a clean bathroom. The toilet seat was uncomfortable with the limescale, and amenities like a hair dryer were lacking. The noise from the neighbors behind us also made it difficult to sleep peacefully. Hopefully, there will be significant improvements in the future. Thank you (we stayed in unit 210).

Staying here was so much fun that the kids didn't want to go back.. Asked to extend their stay.. Maybe next holiday they'll come back again.

The room is quite large and includes a dining area and a sink for washing dishes—facilities that are rarely found in standard hotel rooms. Food: I tried the breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant area is very nice and comfortable, and it offers a wide variety of options. However, the taste did not fully suit my preference, especially some dishes like soto that include raw ingredients, which may not be suitable for everyone. Staff Assistance: The staff were helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highlights: The spacious layout and apartment-like facilities (especially the dining area and sink) really made the stay feel more comfortable and practical. Price: Good value for the space and facilities provided, especially compared to typical hotel rooms. Location: The location is very nice and quiet, which is great for a relaxing stay. However, it is a bit far from the city center and slightly less convenient for accessing the beach.
