The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kuantan, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Free parking is provided for guests, which adds to the convenience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon arrival and returned during check-out. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It came well-equipped with amenities including a TV, fridge, kettle, iron with board, and basic essentials such as bottled water, tea, coffee, and sugar. The internet connection was stable and fast, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuantan.

The room is clean, the room space is quite small but neat and tidy, worth the price offered, there is one drawback.. The fridge is not cold enough.. 😅

Had an enjoyable stay over at e red, this is my second stay and will definitely stay there again if I am visiting Kuantan.

Lower your expectations as it is not a new hotel like advertised in the pictures. Just a decent one.

Had a recharged stay in the hotel. Great view from room. Bed is firm and comfortable. Aircon working well. Ample of power points for usage. Mini fridge is working well. Would be better if the hotel could provide hand soap at the basin. The window behind the curtain needs some cleaning. Overall, happy with the stay. The staff on duty is friendly and helpful too. Ample of parking on site. There's some eatery within walking distance too.
