Awesome location. Fantastic staff. Really close to shopping and convenient stores. Great place to stay!

Friendly and neat hotel in a less frenetic part of town that still has plenty of pleasant walking and dining options.

Nice rooms, decent amenities ... but no concierge service and service staff not very helpful... assuming they even know the information. For those of you coming from the airport... note that you need to go to Saksaisuji-Honmachi station ... not Honmachi station (it's a one stop after train change at Honmachi station) ... or else you will drag your luggage 700m which is not as near as it sounds. And if you have luggage, the entrance/exit you are looking for is the one outside the Sukiya which has an elevator.This is across the street from the hotel .

Great hotel in a really good and central location. Rooms on the small size, with separate WC and wet-room, but very comfy and with all the amenities you would expect. Staff lovely and friendly. Would stay here again.

Seems like the CBD area. Which is great, away from the bustling city life but still convenient to get wherever you want with different train stations within walking distance.

Extremely clean and handy to go everywhere in town.

Cleanliness was terrible. Stains found on the toilet bowl seat upon check in which were enough to disgust the whole stay. Requested for change of room but was allocated to the 2nd floor, worse still just opposite of smoking room. Certainly an unpleasant experience.

アメニティが豊富で、お部屋にはRefaのドライヤー等、設備が豪華でした。立地もよく朝食もリーズナブルで快適な滞在でした。残念だったのは、お風呂のクリーニングがイマイチだったこと。水垢が溜まって滑りのある汚れが目に付きました。

喫煙の部屋があって、きれいで良かった。 駅も近いし、食べるところもいっぱいあって、ロケーションも便利だった。

とてもきれいでした！ リファ完備されてて荷物も少なくいけたのでよかったです！

本町からすぐのためアクセスがとてもよい。

クーポン無しで朝食、支払の際に、財布を持っていないと言うと、直ぐに払えと言われ、チェックアウトの時に出来ないか聞くと、電話番号と名前を聞かれた…。部屋から持って来いとも言われた。
