The first time I stayed here, it was comfortable, quiet and the room was super spacious, there were just a few things that needed improvement, such as cleanliness and some electronics that weren't working properly. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. If I have the chance to come here, I will definitely come here again.

Quite nice, the problem is when the hotel is full you can't hardly get warm water and it makes the stay less comfortable, especially if you bring kids considering the weather in Takengon is cold. The menu for breakfast is limited and not kid-friendly (spicy).

Saya booking online di tanggal yang salah. Itu murni kesalahan saya. Saya menghubungi hotel lewat WA dan menjelaskan situasinya. Untungnya pihak hotel tidak keberatan dengan permintaan mengganti tanggal check-in saya. Semua staff ramah, lokasi di tengah kota, sarapan juga oke, view dari ruang makan juga bagus, bisa terlihat danau di kejauhan, ada tempat parkir juga. Bantal lunak, air shower tidak merata, dan tidak ada tisu toilet. Mohon menjadi perhatian manajemen supaya semakin baik dan maju 👍
