- I booked the room at a time when prices weren't cheap, and unfortunately, I got a room without a window. The room was quite stuffy because there was no window, and there were ants inside.
However, when I asked the reception to upgrade the room, they quoted an exorbitant price, 3-4 times higher than the price on the app (I checked and verified this). And sadly, even though I booked in advance, the room price was significantly higher than the current price, and I was in a terrible room. This shows the reception staff were inflexible in resolving the issue. Both the male and female receptionists looked unhappy!
