Lokasi hotel yang strategik, lagi-lagi bagi orang yang datang naik kerta api. Keadaan bilik yang agak lama, sesuai dengan harganya.

Booked through the agency, walked in and checked in. The receptionist said that the hotel is not affiliated with this agency, only another location. Which we show the booking confirmation and the staff does not allow check-in. She didn't seem to know this agency. We tried to negotiate for a while until we asked to meet with the manager. But that day the manager returned. That employee then called the manager until he was able to check in. waste a lot of time After clearing it up and going up to the room. Opened the door, arrived with shock. She gave me the room that had not been cleaned as shown in the attached photo. Good that the hotel changed the room to a new one. Personally, we think that the reception staff should be retrained at least to know other agencies more broadly. waste of time feeling The new room condition is not much. There are used soap bars that are not discarded. The bed, the white bed linen turned yellow is very old. still good air conditioner

The staff asked to move to sleep in another hotel, claiming that 1. The aircon has to wait. 2. The old man didn't leave the room. (Additional nights stay) Not enough room Claiming and also said that Going to sleep in a new hotel is more expensive, better, newer. (If wanting to sleep at a new hotel that you propose, why would you book it here?) It's not an excuse to speak with customers, should improve if not ready or think they can't service. Please do not open the reservation.

Wide room near the shopping area such as Robinson, Santisuk Market, Kim Yong Odien Market, convenient to travel with the train because the hotel and the train station are at the same point.

The room booked is The hostel has no curtains between the beds. There is only one male toilet (2nd floor). In the morning, the train can be heard to wake up (next to the train station).

It's ok but parking are limited.

Just beside Hatyai railway station.. no worry to unable catching the train.. Fast wifi.. Breakfast was yummy as well..

Towels are not ready The paper used in the bathroom runs out of water.

Very comfortable area. The hotel is close to a variety of amenities including a railway station, shopping area and a very fast and affordable grab intercity facility. This hotel is perfect for any family with little ones or a holiday with friends.

Overall, it is excellent. Just the water is not cold, haha. Hotel staff speak politely.
