The room was very clean and modern, WiFi worked great, air conditioning/heat was perfect, it has a very nice shower (with shampoo and body wash), and the unit had many amenities like a nice kitchenette stocked with all the necessities (such as a Nespresso machine and capsules, and a hair dryer). The room layout was a little cramped and oddly shaped, but it was comfortable. It was pretty quiet aside from some street noise and some other guests I could hear from time to time, and when the cleaning staff was doing the other rooms they were a little loud. They even came into my room on accident but were very nice about it. The building felt safe (although there wasn't a safe/lockbox in the room that I found). You need a code to get in the building and a key to go up the elevator. The neighborhood felt a little iffy for me when I arrived alone at night, but I didn't have any negative experiences. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check in was slightly inconvenient- you have to type in one number to get in the building and then another to check in at a machine to get a key. I loved the rooftop during the day and at night - lots of chairs and tables up there (views aren't anything special but there's nice decor). Not sure I'd stay again but it is very convenient if you're going to a concert and it was only 20-30 by taxi to the airport (or about an hour by bus/metro). The metro into central Madrid took about 40 minutes and felt safe and generally convenient.

Solo recomiendo limpiar los retornos de los aires acondicionados, en la habitación del primer piso(18) este está súper sucio. En lo demás el hotel tiene buena ubicación, muy limpio y el personal que está presente atiende sin ningún problema.

Hotel with nice bedrooms and clean bathrooms compared with other hotels in our Spain visit. We stayed only 1 day but we loved this hotel with amenities.

The property is miles away and nowhere close to main attractions. You either drive or Uber to and from the hotel to visit

The check in process is horrible. It's automated, there is no one there to help with anything and they charged me 100e extra just to print out a key so I could get into the room. This was my first and last time staying there.

It was a great stay even for few hours. We got there late and we had to leave early for our flight but everything was in order. Clean, easy access and the welcome kit. I’d definitely come stay there next time I’m in Madrid. Thank you

Good hotel for our family stay. 10 min walk to metro and then 30 mins on metro to zoo and city centre. Hotel is clean and modern and digital check in works well. Room was spacious enough with modern shower, TV and kitchen area. Only negative was we were not told about pre booking parking so arrived to no spaces and had to park in more expensive parking a few streets over. General area is a ok and supermarket is 5 mins walk

I like Cielo Madrid because it’s clean, spacious room , beautiful rooftop .easy communication with staff even they don’t have a front desk in person. It is 1 block from Metro station. Though it’s not in the center of Madrid but it is very accessible with train and bus. If I come back to Madrid I definitely stay here.

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

Great studio

Super studio, très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Le seul hic pour notre part nous étions là studio #11 près de l’escalier et l’ascenseur et c’était un peu bruyant.
