Room 145 was spotless, calm, and wonderfully comfortable — one of those rooms where you walk in, drop your bags, and instantly feel at ease. Everything was clean, tidy, and well looked‑after, making it a genuinely restful stay. The reception team were absolutely lovely: warm smiles, friendly conversation, and that effortless professionalism that makes you feel properly welcomed. The housekeeping team were just as impressive — pleasant, polite, and consistently cheerful with a “Good morning sir, how are you?” that felt sincere every time. It’s rare to meet a team that takes such pride in their work, and it really shows. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking and easy access to everything you need. It made the whole trip simple and stress‑free. A superb stay from start to finish. I’ll happily stay again.

Perfectly suitable for an overnight stay, clean, tidy and quiet if a bit soulless and corporate. Nothing outstanding but don't expect it for the price. Good location for breakfast and a really nice gastro pub within a 5 minute walk. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were on are way back home to Wales, when my wife had a incident on the bus. Which meant her being hospital admitted. So I had to stay in the premier Inn in Boston, just round the corner from the hospital. Great clean and tidy room for me. Lovely friendly staff on reception. Great food and breakfast. Very pleased with my 1 night stay.

Stopped pre-Boston marathon. The service and staff were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating to runners - allowing an hour post normal check out to shower and providing fruit, flapjacks and water on the morning of the event. The beds were comfy too - slept for 8.5hrs which I’ve never done pre-race. Location meant we could walk to the market place start in the morning - 1.3 miles Thank you for everything

Have stayed for 2 nights visiting family so perfect location for us. Room was clean but bathroom was very tired. No chain on the plug so it got stuck and I had to get it out with tweezers. Comfy beds and nice clean bedding. Internet connection is awful. Restaurant again is tired but the breakfasts we had there were very good. Nice selection. Staff very friendly. Walls in rooms are very thin so you can hear everyone that goes past. All in all an ok stay.
