The room was a little spartan but it was very clean and had every thing one needs, ie iron, kettle, tv etc and everything worked. Best of all the bed sheets were crisp and the bed was super comfortable. The bar was nice. The food was typical pub food, nothing to exsiting but ok. The location is nice. Super value.

There was no balcony and no breakfast available for the 2 days we were there room needs renovating. Hair dry was broke towels were kids size and the beds were different sizes when put together. So very poor all round would not be going again

The room was a luxe double room. looked very neglected,cold only 1 chair at the desk the bed was very uncomfortable and hard I kept feeling the buttons on the mattress. The bathroom needed a deep clean as did the room. I tried to complain but the reception was closed, there was an out of hours but I didn't have a pen to take the number down. I had the impression it'll for 1night they won't be here again. Wrong I will be coming to Boston every weeks for the next 12 to 18 months I decided after reading the reviews they obviously didn't stay in room .I will be coming to Boston every 2 weeks for the next 12 to 18 months but not there.😒
