Property is good .

Amazing property.

Excellent location, top-notch standards, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. I booked a room for my parents' anniversary, and they're thoroughly enjoying their stay. The customer service has been outstanding. They're particularly impressed with the food quality and the evening music entertainment. A big thanks to Karan and his team for providing such wonderful service.

Overall a very good property to stay with family and friends. Staff is polite and always helpful. Quick service. Neat and clean Rooms. Overall a very good stay.

Beautiful view

Location is bit far away

The hotel is newly built and you get great views from most of the rooms. The staff is incredible, and take great pleasure in looking after you - whether it’s dining, room service, or any other request. Only downside is that the hotel is 5-6 KM out of the main city, and the road is very narrow and windy, so takes 15-20 minutes to get there from the main square.

This place is a hidden gem. Given that it is part of ITC I was expecting a nice hotel but I did not expect a near 5 star worthy place with amazing views, gorgeous room and excellent restaurant. Only minor down side is that it is located 3kms outside the market area, but it is not too big of a deal if you have your own transportation. Will definitely be back here when I come back to Dalhousie

The manager at property is like a ghost ; not available to house guest for any discussion even for a 2 mins ; major need of proper management by ITC group

Great place to stay if you are in Dalhousie. Probably the best hotel over there Breakfast was great and had good choice. Views were amazing from several points around the hotel. A small pet peeve was the complimentary bottled water they gave. The request to replenish took some time Overall it was a great stay
