Upon check in the room didn’t have a proper bedding when we asked we were told that it wasn’t sure they could find some for our room. They eventually found one, but I didn’t enjoy the experience.

This property was very nice. I would recommend to others. The only downside was that it took about 30-40 minutes on transit to get to the main areas of Madrid.

It is a comfortable hotel. Very clean and has most amenities. Friendly staff. Parking for a price. Breakfast was decent, served on the table. 25 min from Madrid city center mans 12 minutes from the airport.

We checked in late - about 2210 -after the bar was closed. I explained that we had been in Morocco for two weeks and were dying for a glass of wine. The receptionist kindly opened the bar so we could have a quick drink before bed! Above and beyond service!!!

Tranquil and nice place to stay.

Quite area, 100m from first Metro station and bus. Also cheap restaurants around in the area.

Good value for the money. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but overall it is a good option that provides the guests with all the necessary amenities. Close to the metro station which options a variety of transportation options.

Suite 402 the shower not drained if you open full the shower, and ths beds sheets no change regularly, our was changed until 6 days 1 day before we departure. The building room and areas are very clean and quiet and the staff, all staff is incredible, exceptional...Thank you!!!
