There is no parking. You have to park in a garage two blocks away and it is $30 a day.

This was a very surprising hotel. We had someone who helped us self check in to the hotel, which we found kind of strange. Our room is very small, and the king size bed has pushed against the wall, so only one person can get out of the bed. The lighting system is undesirable and the “jungle shower” had terrible pressure. Overall disappointed. The one shining spot was the woman at the front desk, who was very kind and polite and had a great dinner reservation recommendation.

We spent 5 nights at a the Pioneer Square hotel and it lived up to my expectations. Rooms are smaller than I am used to but they are well appointed and thought out and the common areas are warm and inviting.

This was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel, in general, is very clean, modern, eclectic decor, and the staff was friendly. I just couldn’t believe how small the actual room was. The bed was wall-to-wall on 3 sides. So, I had to literally climb over my husband to get in and out of it. And, there were no other seating options in the room either.

Modern boutique hotel in the heart of the Pioneer Square neighborhood. A definite recommend. Right nearby Molly Moon's ice cream shop and Colman Pier 52 to get the ferry to Bainbridge Island.

Super clean and modern hotel. Walked to and from Armtrak station with no issues. Good selection for breakfast.

I loved everything about our stay aside from the aggressive elevator doors that almost took off my arm, and how warm our room was for the first few days despite us turning on the cool air to the “high” setting. The hotel and staff were amazing and I’m really glad I booked at citizenM for the first time! It was a fun and unique experience.

Modern clutter. Spacious sitting areas. Fantastic views from upper floors. Very clean so far, new Hotel. Maddy and Zendia are so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate as well. The room are sooo clean and are considering how small the rooms are the layout and design made it feel spacious. The Bed was super comfortable. Walking distance to everything and everywhere its great. Will definitely stay there again. My to stay place when in Seattle.

I hated that parking was not directly available and hugely confusing and expensive. When I finally parked and dragged my bags through the city, the hotel door was locked, the intercom didn't seem to work, and I couldn't flag anyone quickly. Someone eventually left, opening the door, though I appreciate the intention of security in an area with a lot of desperate people around. I didn't love the small room at first, but the feng shui grew on me. Staff was very nice.
