A great place for those who want to have the facilities to cook for themselves, a comfortable bed, hot shower, in a convenient location.

I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the room we checked into at your hotel. We checked in on the afternoon of June 16. Before going to bed that evening, we carefully inspected the bed and found what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheet, as shown in the attached photos. Finding blood stains on supposedly clean bedding is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your hotel’s hygiene standards and housekeeping procedures. This situation has caused us significant discomfort and distress, and we no longer feel confident about the cleanliness and safety of the room. We respectfully request that the hotel provide: 1. An immediate explanation as to how this occurred; 2. Confirmation of what corrective actions will be taken; 3. An appropriate response to address this unacceptable experience. Liked: a) the amenities, although couldn’t find the silverware. b) location Didn’t like: a) the check-in, impersonal and almost creepy with the darkened entry and hallways. b) the parking information. Not clear in the registration and hard to dig out in the passport. c) the luggage drop-off and pick-up, not clear in the registration or passport.

Perfect place to stay, super quiet,a very comfy bed, more than you could ever need in terms of amenities and a super location.

Chic (possibly too chic), studio-ish room in true Old Montreal. They went for a vision and likely achieved it. We liked it. Parking is something of a challenge, but solvable. Very close to excellent restaurant and Notre Dame. A good place to stay if you want to explore Old Montreal.

Great location, nice apartment. Note there is no front desk, but there is someone on site to assist.

This is fine if you like industrial type rooms, very cold and sterile inside. Also if you need to stay for work for a week or more it is great as it has a kitchen, big dinin space and a little lounge space in the room. It was not what I prefer.

Great location. Good communication. Hallways had a peculiar smell, shower leaked water all over the floor, no comfortable seating.

This is not a hotel, you can get any assistance from anybody when in need. I arrived around 8.00pm without any body to guide me until after 15 minutes. One guy came to my assistance. After I have checked in nobody to answer my further inquiry, I slept with hungry and wake up without any breakfast nobody to assist or guide me find a break fast. That's how I went to the venue of my program without dinner and break fast. I was made to deposit some amount money in case I injury property, which I made. At the end of my 2 days stay. They said my deposit is non refundable in respective of no damage. This is cheating, people should be careful with the David hotel. I will never never recommend any one to this hotel. It is a nasty experience in Montreal.

The room was clean and decent size. The hallway from elevator to the room is abit dark and narrow but doesn't matter much to me, you will forget about that hallway once you are inside the spacious room. I wish they would offer to provide new water if living more than a night

This is a great spacios place to be able do a few extra things in the middle of our travels. The kitchen was nice to be able to start our days with a coffee for one of us and a kettle allowed me the tea that I love as I am one of those tea snobs that brings her own loose tea! The in suite laundry was the other hi-light. The place was big enough to be the meeting spot for our friends and us to relax and visit as well. I highly recommend.

A bit of a quirky place, with the use of an online check in system, and a somewhat odd brutalistic design of the room. One you’ve figured it out, the entry system works well. Once you accept the concrete on the floor and some walls, what you find is a fully equipped apartment, with a kitchen. Rooms are very big, full couch in addition to the king size bed. Toilet has a separate water closet, but the shower and sink are not private. Make sure you’re sharing with someone you love or at least like. Staff were very friendly, but only there during the day. Quiet building. Right in the heart of old Montreal with lots of excellent restaurants a very short walk away. Also close by are many historic sites and museums. Highly recommended.
