All around fantastic

Clean room, very convenient to have washer/dryer in unit. Location was great for access to Old Town. Would have been nice to have a stepstool for the dryer - the controls were very high, and I’m short!

Open concept loft with all the amenities. Clean and very modern from the decor to the check-in. Close to many sights in old Montreal.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Convenient to restaurants, historical things, shopping. Only had one problem where we had requested a room cleaning and did not get it.

Great area and very large room. Not really a hotel more like furnished studios. No hotel amenities such as food or a lobby, gym etc. rooms have kitchens but no body lotion, tissue or included cleaning. Beware the very high hidden property fees and the “resort credit” which they offer to apply towards cleaning your studio.

State -of-the -art loft design. It is a benefit to be tech savvy. Wonderful support from staff!

Great loft, but toilet was in a closet size room. Not that desirable otherwise it was a great place. Steps to Notre D’ame!

We stayed five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was very large and felt very comfortable. In fact, after a long day sightseeing, there was nothing like coming back to chill, eat something, watch streaming TV, read or plan the next day’s sights. The location is very central, easy to walk to major sites in Old Montreal, with numerous restaurants, bakeries and an excellent grocery nearby. The food in this city…ooh la la! It was easy to use the codes to get into the building and room. Plus there was someone most times in the office to help us or answer any questions that arose that wasn’t on their online instructions. In short, a memorable part of our visit.

The hotel staff was amazing and kind. The hotel was unique. It was clean. The hotel was located close to restaurants and was walkable to many things. Will stay there again when in Montreal.

What a great stay at David Hotel. The location is super convenient to explore the old town or other areas as a metro stop is only a few minutes walk. The spacious room is a great base with all amenities you could ask for. Service from Capucine and particularly Phayssal was exceptional! No query too big or small and communication via WhatsApp made everything so convenient. Phaysall’s support and welcoming attitude on our check out day was a great end to our stay. He certainly made an impact on our stay. Thank you!

Very interesting loft/studio, including unique lighting, full kitchen, comfy king bed, and laundry. Could use a chair.

The hotel and stay was great. The only issue was an apparent lack of communication between Hotels.com and the hotel about my Gold member benefits. We were entitled to an early checkin if available and there appeared to be no way to request that without a charge appearing. Also, we were entitled to a $49 credit for hotel amenities and I could not confirm with the hotel that they were aware of that benefit, so I didn’t take it. Otherwise, the hotel was great!

The property is very unique, eclectic and interesting. It was also very close to everything you want in Old Montreal. The concierge was helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the TV nearly falling off the wall in our room. They happily upgraded us to another room which was also lovely. The floors however were quite dirty and left our socks black. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were pretty soundproof so there are lots and lots of pros to staying there.

Our stay at the David Hotel was terrific. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen in our room, and the room was perfectly clean and well-appointed. The hotel's staff was very accommodating, and the hotel's location was fantastic, too. 10/10, all around.
