Good hotel but Not recommended for family with 2 or more babies/toddlers. 1. The hotel cleaning policy is once a week (Yes, 1 time in every 7 days). We came home tired and still have to do cleaning daily. Should have written a notice so that future customers would know ahead of the hotel cleaning policy prior to booking. 2. The hotel is quite cramped, so opening and closing baby strollers needed to be done on the hallway, which is not too wide either. 3. The hotel has an "Auto" hallway light on system that detects and turns on the hallway light every time someone walks pass. Thus, my 2 year old toddler have difficulty sleeping. And no, you cannot turn off this feature as it is built-in on the light bulb on the hallway (Only 1 but quite bright) 4. The hotel washing and drying machine needed a learning curve. The staffs didn't really know 100 % how to operate the machine properly. Needed to watch a YouTube tutorial video to really know how to operate the machine. 5. The hotel has a good bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Water heater works well too. There is also a bathtub which you can use. 6. There is a convenience store located literally next to the hotel and is very very useful. 7. There is a 24-Hours Japanese restaurant very close to the hotel, about 100 meter walk. 8. The hotel is very close to the Shintomicho Station entrance/exit, however this entrance/exit do not have elevator (Warning to all future people who are travelling with kids/babies/toddlers). Overall this is a good hotel if you are not travelling with babies/toddlers like we do. Hope this helps.
