Spacious and clean rooms.

Comfortable and spacious. Staff attentive, friendly and responsive. Well lit. Spa on property with an ATM. Cons: no USB outlets. The door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is ackwardly placed near the toilet!!! Very little by way of toiletries (single bar of soap)

First impression counts. When i arrived at the hotel, i was taken to a room that has not been cleaned. The second room i was given was smelly. I could not put my head on the pillow because of the ooze from the pillows. The hotel looks beautiful outside but the inside is horrible. I will never stay in that hotel again.

It is great place

It’s not clean, I saw a cockroach in my room, lots of noise from loud music and staff that don’t respond!

Good hotel but poor staff and maintenance!

Safe location and friendly and helpful staff.

I could not take a shower. No hot water, the door was awkward and reaching the shower controls was a challenge. I have up in the end.

Well below the hype and price. There were roaches in the bathroom which the front desk ascribed to a recent fumigation. The entrance door felt and looked like it could be knocked down with one kick. Looked like the bathroom amenities were falling apart. Thank goodness I only spent a night. Couldn’t wait to get out there.

Quiet, well maintained environment. Wish the wifi were more reliable.

Location and security was superb. Most staff friendly and welcoming. Used to fuĺl English breakfast and non was available One receptionist lady staff need to be organised, sometimes misplaced our hotel room card Cleaners should put all required items after cleaning our rooms Bathroom floors had small insects moving about, ended up buying own cleaning stuff to get rid of them Bill payment was totalled in pounds or us dollars however was made to pay in naira and had to change our pounds to naira ahhhh.

Amazing however need to have more variety during breakfast

service was bad workers was rude. Had to proofe everyday we order breakfast for 2.And it was almost same food everyday.Only so was nice was cleaners and hotel manager. But in reseption they was rude.Pool was dirty in first days. and close in mondsys.And all time they tell we book for 1 and not 2
