Stayed only 1 night but enjoyed the stay very much. The room was beautiful. Loved the kitchenette. Some of the desk people could use some extra training. Most of the employees I had contact with were very kind and very helpful, however, I did have a couple of interactions where there was no eye contact, no smiles, mumbling, etc. If you work in hospitality, you should be hospitable.

We love the Crazy Water Hotel! The historic feel mixed with modern amenities is great. We enjoy hanging out in the lobby while sipping on a delicious coffee from their Coffee & Water Bar. The restaurant, Second Bar+Kitchen, is a great addition. The food and service there is terrific as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Crazy Water: charming, friendly, and good value! The hotel has character and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were warm and welcoming, and they upgraded us to a King Suite that was beautiful, light, clean, incredibly spacious, and convenient with full refrigerator and range. Couch, chair and bed were very comfortable. The onsite restaurant, though pricey, provided us a delicious gluten-free meal after a long day of travel. Parking is free, and we had plenty of places to walk our dog on tree-shaded streets. (A separately operated, cute little dog park will soon open behind the hotel.) I am noise sensitive so I was concerned about the Saturday night traffic (occasionally audible), but once I turned on my white noise, I slept well in a dreamy bed. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and would love to visit again.

The property has a unique history and a wonderful feel to it. Nice being able to view the old Baker Hotel from the roof top. A beautiful hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel. My room was a small apartment with kitchenette, living area and separate bedroom. The ambience was very light and friendly. Two great restaurants and a coffee shop on the premises plus plenty of shops and a beauty salon.

This is a beautiful old hotel that has been remodeled, and I think is nicer than some newer hotels that I have stayed in. Seperate kitchen living area than the bath sleeping area. Excellent mattress and pillows, great night sleep. Fantastic shops and brewery on the ground floor.

We really enjoyed this property. The dining & drinks were good .. The room was simple but very nice and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the Rickhouse brewery at the Hotel entrance. We booked the night on our way to Austin, wish we could have stayed another night.!

We stayed in a 2 BR suite over Christmas, and had a lovely stay as always. The hotel is beautifully restored, with charming restorations around the hotel and hallways, and comfortable and modern renovations inside the rooms. Guest laundry is free, and Pastafina, the Italian restoration a block away, served a fantastic delicious meal one night. The staff was accommodating, and we got free water bottles (filled with crazy water!).
