I stayed one night 10/13 , relaxing light to sleep in . Clean bed . Convenient markets and resturant in a walking distance .

Very friendly staff who were very helpful, easy and quick check in, gave two room cards so I could keep AC on in room when I was out

A hotel in a good location to explore Madaba. Nice pool area and other facilities. Great value for money.

This was an easy drive from the car rental company with self-parking. We arrived late and left early, but it was a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, chatty and helpful. Lovely outdoor area by the pool and garden area complete with cats and kittens. Plenty of parking spaces and within easy walking distance for sightseeing in Madaba.

Rulla at front desk was great, and spoke very good English. I was given all the bottled water I cared for. The shower was hot with good pressure. The bed was very firm. A/C in the Middle East is not lightly utilized, so my room was hot upon arrival. I was granted an extra key to use in the room's power device so that the room could cool sufficiently during my Madaba walk-around tour, such that I could nap comfortably upon my return. I did not utilize the pool, which is small, but was being cleaned while I sat pool-side, and looked very clean and inviting. There seemed to be ample parking behind the hotel. I was allowed to check in early, and enjoyed a walking tour given by an avid Madaba resident and history buff.

the staff was very honest and retuned our jewelry when checked back to this same hotel 2 days after checking out. i liked the honesty of the staff. Cons: The property needs an on site laundry facility. There is dry clean services but having a washer and dryer on property will be greatly appreciated by travelers, specially those with young kids.

Loved the facility and the location. This is definitely a new building and is much nicer than other accommodations in the area. The rooms feels a bit smaller than the pictures suggest. Provided breakfast is more than adequate. Overall would return again

Firstly - the good points : Excellent spacious bedroom and shower. One of the best hotel rooms experienced in Jordan - complete with all facilities ( Fridge, kettle, safe, etc ). The pool area provided great relaxing environment. However - the negative points : Breakfast was a shambles. Staff were just not interested in serving customers - to the point of being positively rude. One of the great things when visiting Jordan is the friendly service and welcome you get at hotels ( and elsewhere ). Yet at this hotel the staff simply ignored guests - either due to poor training or insufficient staff. Simple requests for tea, coffee or cooked breakfasts were ignored. The hotel has great potential - but let down by poor customer service. Until the customer service problems are addressed I could not recommend the hotel.

New looking hotel in great location within walking distance to shops/restaurants/mosaic church in Madaba. The front staff was very helpful/friendly. The breakfast buffet is large/delicious. free parking in back of the hotel. The bathroom was very small with little counter space. Dogs running lose woke us up barking very early morning. There was no toilet paper in room-- had to ask for it. Refridgerator did not work.

Great hotel

We decided to stay here in Madaba, rather than going to Amman, because of the pool, which turned out to be an excellent choice, as Jordan had a heatwave over the first bit of our stay! The hotel is lovely and modern, very clean, and the pool area is also clean and well-maintained. The staff were really pleasant and helpful as well, so we were really happy with our stay.
