I loved that the room was fully stocked and had a microwave and fridge. That’s so rare in today’s society. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Atlanta! And the food from the restaurant was AAAHHH-mazing!

Great location. Loved the breakfast options. The views from our room were amazing. Enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and the nightlife in the evening.

Likes: - 1-2 blocks from MARTA station - Seems like a safe, well-trafficked area - Good room layout which made it feel spacious - Room was bright, large floor-to-ceiling windows, modern decor, wood-floors, nice bathroom wall tiles - Room had second sink in the kitchenette area, empty refrigerator to put leftovers, microwave, plates, glasses, towel, dishwashing liquid - Bath products were decent quality and smelled good - Free continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour snacks - I would stay at this hotel again for all the reasons above. Dislikes: - Check-in was very slow because the person had difficulty multi-tasking with two customers in front of me who wanted changes to their rooms and having to call her manager to make changes remotely through the computer - Never received the final invoice by email when I checked out.

We were traveling with 5 kids and needing two rooms. We stopped in before going to Aquarium to make sure everything was set with our rooms, and when we came back they remembered us and made sure our rooms were right next to each other. The drinks in the lobby were great and accomodating for even the kids. We have a milk drinker and they kindly retrieved some from the kitchen since it wasn't available in the lobby. Breakfast was top notch. The kids said it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at... And that's without a pool or hot tub! Will stay again.

My trip was awesome, and the hotel really kicked things off right. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions and gave me some great tips. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. It made my trip even better!

This hotel had great customer service very friendly people. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean and neat. The food and the bar area was clean with great taste. The walking distance to the aquarium was short, less than a mile.

We arrived at 11pm to only find out that our reservation had been cancelled. Then after the front desk person, Cortez, claimed to have retrieved our reservation, we were basically accused of fraud after all of our cards kept declining. 3 different people with 5 different cards, and for some reason none of them were working. I would also like to mention that the amount that showed up as the declined transaction on our accounts was not the same as the total we were given. Despite our frustration, security was then called and we were told we had to leave. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or help us find an alternative option. We were never aggressive or threatening towards him. It actually came off like we were inconveniencing him. He was smirking & made jokes about fraud and told me we were late and should’ve called when I asked why our reservation was cancelled in the first place. He was also clearly high which could have contributed to his aloofness for the situation. Honestly, if he was a representation of the hotel and what we would’ve been getting, then we probably dodged a bullet by not being able to stay. I say all this to say, that I have stayed at countless hotels and never in my life have I felt so disrespected by one like that. I was celebrating my birthday and had just drove in from CLT, looking forward to a welcoming beginning to my trip only to be highly disappointed and carelessly inconvenienced. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
