The Ace Hotel is a great property. Excellent staff, well maintained hotel, different & tasty dining options available in hotel, & within walking distance or convenient Uber ride to interesting shopping, excellent restaurants & professional sporting events. Perfect for visitors to Toronto looking for a comfortable stay with a cool, hip vibe.

Enjoyed the style of the room. Air had unique and thoughtful design. the staff was friendly. The atmosphere overall was fantastic. the food and drink was tops.

Amazing architecture and beautiful property, but unfortunately the bar staff were not attentive and the service was disappointing.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful architecture, great vibe, cool lobby bar, better rooftop bar, nice neighborhood, and Michelin star restaurant, Highly recommended.

Never again

Charming hotel with a boutique feel. Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint is/was that the soundproofing is nonexistent. 7.30 AM doors were banging, conversations in the common area was clearly audible- disturbed sleep.

Staff were excellent! And the building is very cool… Perfect location across from a park right in downtown Toronto. Beautiful property!
