Staffs were friendly, really nice deco, new and clean, smell really good too. Always like Canopy by Hilton ever since I stay at the one in Hangzhou. Location perfect smacked in the middle of Datang Everbright. Perfect stay

Every staff in the Canopy by Hilton Xi’an hotel is very friendly. I have a wonderful and pleasant experience from the moment I reached the hotel till checking out. All the staff always render help when it is requested. Especially, I wish to commend Ricki Wei who is thoughtful and did the necessity to ensure my family had a comfortable 3 nights stay. Thumb up to her. A great hotel with new and modern design. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent location with plenty of shopping and eating choices.

Located in a nice area, staff are friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel’ architecture is awesome, the room is clean and spacious, facilities are great.

The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside. Inside gets hot where there are multiple people in the room! what a disappointment!

The hotel is great. New and convenient. Many stores and places around. Breakfast is amazing. I would only suggest more English speaking staff. Google translate is not an efficient way of communicating.

Hotel is very clean, looks brand new. Service staff were polite and helpful. Location of hotel was perfect. Next to the night market street and in close proximity of everything. Breakfast was fantastic too. Too big of a spread..10/10 would recommend
