It is conveniently located and well-equipped with kitchenware. However, it was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust under the bed and there were a lot of ants in the room.

Great location, spacious, clean and comfortable. Always someone at reception, they even leave you tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher! Only improvement could be the pillows, far too soft for me.

There was a lot of maintenance going on at the apartments wires hanging from ceilings ,constant drilling from around 8.30 in the morning till early evening. The drains in the shower were blocked and smellind awful. We weren't informed prior to our arrival of any building work taking place

A modern, spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable in a great location. The shower was lovely (but had some water leaking from the base). We were glad we could wash some clothes in the washing machine.. Check in was friendly and efficient. There were some renovations going on when we were there but they did not cause any problems.

We love our stay, everything you want to see in Budapest is within walking distance. The area is very cool. You have the ruin bars, lots of food options, supermarkets, tram, metro stations, cafés, shopping, everything is within walking distance. The place was easy to find, clean, neatly arranged, spacious, you feel at home. You have a fridge, kitchenette well equipped to make a quick meal, a dishwasher (soap provided), a washing machine (soap provided), enough towels and toiletries, comfy beds, you have a kettle and a nespresso machine (coffee pods and tea provided), we loved it here. Originally we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and moved to a 1 bedroom apartment for our extended stay. Both apartments were fabulous! We are a couple so the one bedroom was cozy and perfect for us, the 2 bedroom was extra and as lovely, it would have easily fit 5 people with the sofa bed We love walking so we walked everywhere but you have the tram and metro nearby and so easy to understand and get by. The people at the reception were lovely, they made us feel comfortable and welcome, so much that we decided to stay longer; special thanks to Slawoj (spelling?!), he was amazing to deal with, he organized everything for our extra stay and made it so smooth, he was amazing. And thanks to Blanca who gave us great recommendations, taught us some Hungarian words that were helpful and made sure we were well set up. We will be back to this place and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We stayed for five nights, our second time there. The place is excellent and clean. The only downside is that the place is under construction, and parking costs per day. But I really recommend this place for families for sure i will come back

Really nice clean apartment with balcony spacious and comfortable! Good location for bars and eating, shops and supermarkets a close walk too. Bed broke in the night during our stay but was fixed a day later great service!

The apartment is the perfect place for a family and offers the amenities for enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay with views of old Budapest. The rooftop patio, accessible from each room is a lovely place to take in the rich culture. Everything you need is within walking distance; such as shopping, museums, dinning, night life, historic buildings and tourism.

Apartment is ok, everything there for your stay except hairdryer. But every morning was noise from builders around refurbishing another apartments.

Fabulous location, well laid out and fabulous facilities. Perfect for a family with two teenaged sons as they got their own rooms. We loved the balcony that went the whole length of the penthouse, fabulous views. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Budapest. Only bad points were the beds were a bit firm for our liking and also pretty creaky. Also the main bathroom drain were a bit smelly and there were hairs in there on arrival.

Great property, plenty of space and the facilities in the property are second to none especially the cooking facilities and washing machine. Will definitely stay again next time in pest.

Was a really nice stay, and in such a good location as well. Checkin was smooth and easy process and room is clean. Definitely will return!

Perfect size for us and had all utilities. Very clean and modern.

Apartment is in a great location with lots of good restaurants and bars around and within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see and do. It was generally clean with comfy beds and sofa but there were a few things which need attention. One of the shower doors was loose and a few areas in the bathroom and kitchen were not quite as clean as the rest. Still, we were generally hapoy with our stay.

Just missing TV in the lounge instead in the bedroom and if possible a bigger one, shower curtains a bit dirty, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
