Old property but kept up very well. Very friendly staff. Accommodations very comfortable.

Business trip went well. Only complaint is this town has no local transportation.

There is a water leak in our bathroom wall, Maybe coming from upstairs!

Staff was amazing, we had an issue with our room and were quickly moved.

I was able to have a bed a bathroom and ut was quiet. However smell in the bedroom was awful.

The place was dirty, seen dead bugs, and only one outlet worked in our room.

Humidifier in room was nice.

Place smelled moldy and did not look at all like pictured. They were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Staff was great but the property was in very bad condition but so are the rest in that town of Alice, Tx.

Your online reservation service is very poor and Problematic !!!

Good stay

Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The room itself however was very humid and turning up the air conditioner only made it cold humidity. So the air quality in the room was poor. All in all we will continue to stay at Quality Inns.

At first arrival the grounds were unkept. Grass was very long. Front lobby was welcoming. Upon entering the room it had a mildew smell. Bathtub seemed to have been painted and parts of it was chipped away. We went to the pool and the filtration system was not running so the pool had a lot of bugs floating on the surface.The hairdryer did not work properly. The outlet seemed to not hold the plug in. Also had to hold the on button while trying to dry my hair. The morning of checkout there was a roach on the AC unit. All night I was itchy and didn’t know why until I pulled the covers and there was a bug. I killed it and it left a bloody stain on the sheets.

Refridgerator did not work and had no supplied bottle water.

The room smelled wet and old. The room was clean but overall, it was a terrible place.

At first I was ify but honestly was nice I like that the you needed a key card to get into our building was Quiet and Clean.

The pictures on the website are so misleading. I don't know where Expedia got those pics but that isnt the same place we went too. Our room stunk like dirty laundry and it was the pillows. When we asked for a refund they refused to approve the refund after saying they would. The area around the place was abandoned, dirty just like the hotel. There were mattresses in the hallway and we thought staff was a bit rude to the other people but they acted nice toward us. Little did we know that they had planned all along to deny our refund. Had the pictures not been so misleading we would not have booked our stay here. We were in a strange place for a funeral and we didn't know anything about this place. As travelers we were really yltaken advantage of. Expedia is also responsible for this deception since they have the wrong information on their website. No one from the hotel or Expedia has reached out to us to correct this issue. Expedia offered a $25.00 credit that was all. Mary Gonzalez

Pictures on the website are deceiving. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. Windows were dirty and curtains didn’t close all the way. Pool was full of bugs and debris so we decided not to get in.

The stay was nice, Front Desk was very friendly, Rooms are in great need of upgrade, condiments for coffee not available, bed was comfortable
