One of our favourites when in Mississauga, would prefer they offered a breakfast buffet like others saves a lot of time.

A gem of a hotel at a great price. Will be back again sometime in the future.

Good stay. Staff was helpful. Just occasionally loud with airplanes passing by overhead. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel at decent price

Warm and friendly staff- they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room for our anniversary and because we waited longer than expected to check in early (which was fine, we weren’t in a rush. They had a comfortable lobby to work out of) there are no ATMs, but there is a gas station/Tim Hortons conveniently next door within walking distance. The vibe is upscale and polished yet welcoming. I would certainly come back . Located near an airport and in a manufacturing district, so there is some noise. That didn’t bother us, but you should be aware. The hotel is a 30 minute drive to Toronto

The room is quite big and clean. But if you are very sensitive to the noise, don’t choose here, you can definitely hear the noise from the airplanes/ trucks/neighbors, etc. I didn’t ask any room service during my stay. My friend told me they will offer two bottle of water upon checking in, I did get it provided, and we I asked yesterday night, the staff said he need charge it from my room. I told him I just checked in, and he asked me if I got the water already upon checking in or not. DUDE, it’s just one bottle of water! And he was acting like a detective. No offense but his service is 0.

Great place to stay

Great

I am usually quite easy about little things but this was not a good hotel. They were having a number of guests that were participating in a girl’s hockey tournament. From shrieking girls running around the lobby to neighbouring rooms blasting rave music, there was not attempt to control the situation. I have stayed at hotels that have hosted similar events and they have been strict in posting zero tolerance rules. I had to report my neighbours twice (once in person at the front desk and once calling down). The restaurant was concerning. I ordered a basic hamburger and it arrived barely warm. I was perhaps 15 feet from the kitchen. It was remade and while it was cooked more, still one of the most underwhelming burgers I have had for over $20. I was concerned I might become sick from the bite I took that made me realize the burger was cold. So far I have been spared. I did get breakfast with my room package and decided to skip it. I was here for work and wanted to be sure I was feeling well. If a burger was a challenge, I was concerned about things like eggs and such. The room seemed mostly clean but the iron leaked water consistently upon heating up. The side table by the easy chair was hiding sticky stuff on the floor. The Keurig overflowed the cup provided by the room. A lot of little things added up to a horrible stay. I would not return, nor recommend, this property.
