Hola Algo que no me gusto que se sale el agua cuando uno se esta ban̈ando, la verdad me resbale gracias que me pude softener. Por favor ver ese detalle de la puerta de la regadera. Eso es unico que puedo recomendar. Gracias por sus atenciones

Room was too noisy

Very bad experience overall, broken couch, the hotel it’s very old, nothing works correctly, everything is very loose, the parking garage is terrible.

The location was great the view on the room was amazing loved it

Great location near the Historic Center of the city. Clean room, good AC. Didn't have the chance to try the breakfast

The room was good size The bed was horrible the mattress was very stiff, girls in the counter were chit chatting and did not put attention to customers, ac unit was not working properly, the room was very hot plus unit was very loud, low pressure water in sink and toilet.

Elevador en mantenimiento , creo que eso debe hacerse en la noche o en horas de poco tránsito no en horas de check in y en días de feria Wifi malísimo Cama durísima No había agua caliente Las tarjetas dejaban de funcionar y había que subir y bajar escaleras en la noche No hay máquina de hielo El único punto bueno es que esta súper cerca de la feria y estadio.

Fue un tiempo muy corto, pero muy agradable, desde la recepción hasta nuestra salida. Muy amables todos. No tuvimos oportunidad de comer en el restaurante.

Unfortunately is not what I expected, great employees and service but the hotel is ready for a full rehab; room didn't even have a room phone.

En general estuvo bien. El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación y cumplió con mis expectativas. Solo algunos del personal de recepción les falta un poco de mejor servicio al cliente, pero no todos.

I was disappointed with my stay. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel feels outdated and could really use some renovations. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
