Unfortunately is not what I expected, great employees and service but the hotel is ready for a full rehab; room didn't even have a room phone.

En general estuvo bien. El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación y cumplió con mis expectativas. Solo algunos del personal de recepción les falta un poco de mejor servicio al cliente, pero no todos.

I was disappointed with my stay. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel feels outdated and could really use some renovations. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Overall property was ok, very old and outdated. The bathrooms had flies and rust. A/C looked like it was going to fall out of the building from all the shaking it caused while on. Rooms felts humid. There was no phone in the room, they did provide a number to call but no one ever picked up.

I loved my stay at the hotel, the room is perfect for couples, I recommend it and I respect the cleaning staff, thank you for everything

Good location clean and efficient

Los muebles de la habitación estaban muy viejos, la alfombra también muy vieja, los detalles del soclo en el piso eran deteriorados; las amenidades como shampoo, crema de baja calidad para el precio de la habitación. El agua de la alberca se veía turbia, sucia, verdosa clara.

The only thing I don’t like was the parkin . Thy let people drink in the parking lot is not safe for other people.

Staff was not very friendly. Property was average for the price paid and very noisy outside the hotel.
