Great hotel. Close to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena.

The shower door was broken, ran out of toilet paper. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was dog feces in the elevator. I just expected better from Hilton and with the amount that I spent there.

Extremely well kept hotel with plenty of dinner and lunch options. Coffee shop and Buffett on site amongst the various floors. Convenient walk to Broadway and shopping in area. Bridgestone Arena across the way for an easy walk back to the room. Great room views but overall the rooms were spacious and well kept.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Expedia gave me a room that didn't exist, with a little persuasion, the staff offered us a very nice equivalent room. Breakfast was great, room was great. Pool closes at 5pm for some reason?? Great hotel overall!

First time to Nashville and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely return. Great location-great staff-great comfort

Had everything you wanted in the hotel. Pool, rooftop view of the city, fitness center, breakfast and dinner options. Dinner prices at the hotel were a little pricey. It cost almost $400 for 5 people versus outside the hotel it only cost $250. But would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Great customer service. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Great atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

So convenient to Broadway and attractions! Very pleasant decor and rooms. The amenities are somewhat underdone. For a hotel of this size, breakfast and evening hospitality were overcrowded. We had to ask for housekeeping multiple times. Overall, well done and I would stay again

This was a good hotel. It was very clean, the room was modern, and staff was nice. The workout room was average. It had a great location to all the bars on Broadway. Overall I would recommend it. It is a good hotel for the price.

Paid for King Balcony got double bed roomtold money and he says my room was gone and i can only get the next best room

The only reason I did not give this five stars is that the elevator takes forever because of so many floors and so many people. We spent a great deal of time, waiting for elevators up and down, especially on Sunday morning, checkout time.

Friendly staff, large, clean, and Quiet room. Breakfast was excellent. Gym was great- it had dumbbell weights to 60lbs

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were awesome. Only downside is the wait on the elevator and the valet parking, but that can be overlooked due to the overall excellence of the hotel. Great stay! Looking forward to returning next year.
