We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least

Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! Great location, well-equipped and overall a great value for money spent. Worth every cent! I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this town. And I'm sure I will return one day in the future. Staff is elegant and always there to serve you, you don't have to wait a second. They're kind and fast, dedicated. Overall, a very well-managed hotel, but far from being cheap, though. Breakfast is excellent and rich, but dinner is not diverse enough and more expensive than nearby restaurants.

Above average hotel by all means, great value for money and excellent location! However: staff could smile more and they should do something about the background noises (some rooms have very noisy bathroom ventilators, others have electrical switch buzzes - you are going to have a hard time sleeping!). Otherwise, pretty much everything is in great working condition. Breakfast was great, but dinner could be improved. Too bad they allow people with dogs. There were countless dogs running around and barking on the hall.
