Nice and clean room, friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast and dining. Parking was an issue - You could use a parking app if you had one for parking in an open parking lot near the hotel.. Inconvenient for a non Swedish resident. The alternative is a adjacent parking garage. You can park for free between 5PM and 8 AM. A parking app can be used, if you have one. Do not know if you can use only a credit card. The hotel staff did not know either.

Beware that the advertised outdoor pool is only available for hotel guests if you pay an additional fee for spa access. I booked this hotel on the basis of the rooftop pool which looked like a fantastic place to relax during a solo work trip. On enquiring at reception about use of pool, I was told I couldn’t use it unless I bought a spa pass. When I went to the lovely bar/restaurant area, I stood waiting for about 10 min being ignored by a large number of staff members passing me as they had all their attention focussed on a large group booking. As a solo traveller, I wouldn’t stay here again. A pity because it’s a beautiful hotel but I didn’t have a great experience here.

Bar closed ar 10pm as we arrived. Pool & Spa was closed in the morning. Arrived at 10pm left at 10pm expensive bed to sleep in

Staff was very helpful and polite, great breakfast, room was clean, but little dusty.

Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property , great breakfast, gym, spa .. it’s luxury at heart of Sundsvall . AC works - no other property seems to have AC and it was hot !

Bra ställe. Inte spektakulärt. Lite litet spa men mycket trevlig personal där. Bra duschar på spat som var lite utöver det vanliga. Sammanfattningsvis väldigt bra hotell.

Väldigt trevlig restaurang med takterrass och bra mat (fisken var supergod!). Stor frukostbuffe! Dock inte så mycket att välja på som allergisk/glutenintolerant. Rummen var helt okej, personalen likaså.
