Clean friendly, I would stay again Don’t do your laundry at the laundromat across the street my I entire load of laundry was stolen

The grounds at this hotel were dirty and smelly. There were not hotel staff on the premises after 10:30 PM. There were people fighting outside our room, and there appeared to be drug deals going on in the parking lot lat at night. The room itself was clean, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the mini-fridge was not cooling effectively.

The room was uncomfortable with nowhere to really sit but a metal chair and a plywood table. The bed was overly hard and pillows flat. The bed was also smaller than the metal frame it sat on. So you would smack your knees when trying to lay down. The toilet in the room cycled every 5 to 10 minutes. The toilet was also not secured to the floor very well and rocked when you sat down.

Floors were filthy dirty, beds very hard and bases were squeaky whenever you move, and WiFi completely unusable. Rooms pet friendly but fees hidden on site when booking so we ending up paying $400 for 2 nights mid week for a very poor hotel.

Convenient location as it is centered by local shopping centers such as target, Costco, home goods and food places, about 10min drive from old fisherman’s wharf, 15-20min drive from aquarium. The place is on a Main Street so you do hear from time to time loud cars but overall quiet. Rooms come with the essentials needs such as bathroom and a bed to sleep however not updated or modern to say, did have ac or heater, tv channels, fridge and microwave, majority was clean besides some hairs in the restroom FYI restaurant next door Gusto, very good definitely recommend pizza and pasta was delicious

No iron nor iron board, blow dryer did not work.

Overall our stay was fine. It met most of the expectations we had for the hotel. The mattresses were pretty thin and the frame that it sits on sticks out so be careful not to walk into like i did. Still have a bruise on my knee. Ha ha. The dish tv would occasionally lose signal mid show but we only watched tv to end the night so not a huge issue. The proximity to Laguna Seca raceway was good as was the ease of going to Monterey a few days during the trip.

Something bite me multiple time. Ended up at the urgent care and ended up being bed bugs.

I chose this place because it had small kitchen but ended up being sorely disappointed upon arrival. The kitchen lacked almost all basic items like a sponge, paper towels, dish soap, can opener , no silverware, and only three chipped large plates. After checking out the kitchen, I went into the bathroom to find it dirty along the baseboards and the wall, the exhaust fan completely filled with dust and dirt, and some of the towels didn't look clean. Once we headed to sleep, and turned off the lights we found out that the building next door has flood lights that shine directly into the room. There is also a very large 1 inch gap underneath the door that would allow any type of critters and light into the room, along with cold air. I was really freaked out, once I found out that the mattress was not covered with a fitted sheet but an actual bed sheet that did not go to the bottom of the bed, so your feet were touching basically a mattress that has been touched by many other travelers. We had to call several times for things like hand soap, later dish soap, to ask for additional pillows (as each bed only had two pillows) with no extra pillows offered or blankets, and an issue with the toilet. They did respond to our phone calls quickly. We would NOT stay here again. These items are all thing that they can remedy easily for the next guest if they are willing to. This place is just being neglected by not doing simple cleaning, maintenance, and keeping up on supplies.

It's a good value. If you just need a convenient, clean place to crash, it works. Service is great, and the rooms have been refurbished. Bathrooms look brand new, and the bed is clean & comfortable.

It’s under construction or remodeling and they were working and to lay our satellite hammering and making a lot of noise

I like how it is convenient around stores, the construction in the back was noisy.

It was a nice room, with excellent service from the nearby cleaning service ladies. Anything we needed they were so kind to help. It is a great walking distance from chain restaurants and Monterey beach. My family would definitely stay again.
