I’ve stayes at Cardedeu express a couple of times and I have loved because the room is clean, the lobby is nice, the staff is very welcoming. However their complimentary breakfast sucks haha they only offer milk, orange juice, sandwich, cereal and yogurt and It’s call continental breakfast. Also; their parking is a little tedious since is one behind the other but overall I like it

Had a great experience at this hotel, the staff was very welcoming and always helpful. I loved the area, extremely safe and great restaurants around.

The room was not clean and outdated for the cost. The bed had hair on it. The furniture was made of plywood and not sanded or painted. The chairs and bed were not comfortable and junk quality. The bathroom was all concrete and not comfortable. The staff were not helpful and wouldn’t contact the manager directly when we wanted a refund. When I called Expedia they were unable to reach hotel or manager and they did nothing to fix the problems. I’ve never been to a place where a manager was unavailable and never returned calls. I’m appalled Expedia would use this hotel. The pictures were nothing like the actual hotel. We had to spend the next day trying to find a hotel and stil have not been refunded for this hotel.

We had a great stay at Cardedeu Express! The service was excellent — we were informed ahead of time that the A/C in our original room wasn’t working, and they quickly accommodated us in a different room without any hassle. The location is perfect — within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, and less than 20 minutes from the city center. Getting Ubers was super easy, which made getting around a breeze. No complaints at all — great value, great service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Salvador!

Cons: Very Loud Music. I had informed staff that my dad was handicap. They told us they only had 1 room available on the second floor. Which made it hard for us to bring him up and down. We were not aware that they did not have an elevator. Not aware of breakfast hours either. Pros: The room itself was good, Parking , the staff made it possible to always be able to park. Close to the bigger restaurants.

Nice staff, good location. The only thing was that the bed sheets made my skin itchy while I was there, but I have very sensitive skin.

Needs to improve noice cancellation from outside sounds

The property was accessible such as airport shuttle and local restaurants nearby. Staff and service was great with an easy checkout process. I’d recommend for solo travelers as well!

I enjoy staying at this location. It is very close to many attractions, restaurants, stores, malls and bars. I like how the hotel has a restaurant and bar inside but it's closed on Mondays.

The place was great. The restaurant is okay. Very little options.

The Felix Double Room 1 King Bed was spacious, clean, and had most of what I needed (no iron, limited towels, only trash can was in the bathroom). Service was lacking. I waited ~15 minutes for someone to attend to me during check-in. No one was at the front desk during normal hours (3:30PM) on a Saturday. Parking was limited. There are about 4 parking spots in front of the hotel. Parking close by in other small lots will cost money. Upon check-out, my car was blocked in by another guest's car, and I was asked to move the other guest's car with their keys. That said, you can do much worse in the area, and the room was comfortable. Not sure if it's worth the price.
