We had a very small sea view.

Affordable accommodation only a short walk to Spark Arena and ZZ Top and George Thoroughgood! Will definitely book again for our next concert. Bryan. 😇

The hill to the hotel is long and steep. The hotel is a budget hotel that does a good job of keeping customers happy. There was some noise at late night when new arrivals showed up. Good value for the location.

Always stay at Gamma - close to CBD and clean and cheap with parking available at great rate.

The check in was quick. Rooms was nice and clean. Had a parking issue.

Room was very clean and had everything. Disappointed no parking available as while booking it said there was. But would stay again as cost was good.

Parking was extra, hard to navigate streets ddcent walking options for shopping and entertainment

Excellent position for where we had to be. Great price, thank you. Three things that could possibly change: 1. The kettle had to be filled by using the mugs, as it didn't fit under the tap 2. Would have appreciated glasses 3. TV could be positioned to swivel towards the bed These are little things. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very small and no lifts. You have to carry your luggage through stairs from garage to your room. There are no utensils in the room other than 2 cups. Even though it has microwave. The community kitchen is not very clean and it has cockroaches. There are no dining table or proper sitting arrangements in the community kitchen.

Great spacious room, clean and well equipped

Great location near Britomart, quiet from street noise but thin walls mean you can hear neighbours. Basic facilities are fine, aircon a plus. High charge for an extra key was a downside. Fair value for the price — would stay again for a short trip when needing a step up from a backpackers.

It was great a time

Convenient distance to downtown city shops & bar restaurant,cafe & entertainment venues. Overall,a good hotel situated in a downtown Auckland city suburb.

Good stayfir the price

Good location, close to harbor and lots of bars and restaurants. Great room/bathroom for the price. Staff was excellent. However noise is the theme for my dislikes. Each time a door shut, person walking by, up/down stairs was heard from my room loudly. It woke me up several times. Outside, students returning to the nearby college were an issue around the times the bars closed. Lastly the cleaning crew starts pretty early, so if you're looking for peaceful sleep, this may not be a good property for you. Kitchen was helpful, did not use the laundry on site.
