Azure Beach Residence had it all Beautiful place if you are looking for some R&R Highly recommended! Puro Pai Pai!!

Everyone was always friendly. Security at front gate was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Didn’t know it was part of accommodations until I got there. Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay.

A very quiet place away from crowd

Rooms didnt have blackout curtains, no view for one room which view was asked for for both rooms. Couldnt leave balcony door open.

Resort was quiet ans felt very safe. Staff was amazing. Room and fixtures were a bit dated

Overall the property was lovely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The condo was very nice. It was a bit overcrowded with furniture. Pull Out couch, two big chairs, large coffee table and a very large round table with 6 chairs all in one small area. It is great if you have a lot of people staying with you. The patio was great. I loved the doors that lead from the master bedroom and the living room. View is amazing. Ocean and pool, so great. The pool is amazing.

What I didn't like was the Woman at the deck was not a very nice person. I'd say she was Bipolar. Nice one time and mean and nasty the next. It was like this, the entire 8 days we were there.

We had a 2 bedroom and it was amazing! The view was beautiful the room was very clean

I really enjoyed Azure Beach property. The beach was like an 8 minute walk and the grocery store was like a 15-20 minute walk. The food from the restaurant in the lobby was also really good.

Nice spacious condo w beautiful view of Caribbean from 6th floor balcony. Condo has all of the needed amenities including beach gear. The only thing about this property is it’s on the very far north end of the high rise hotel area and is a good walk to all of the restaurants & shopping. However, the bus is a good option and just a short inexpensive way to get around. Security at the from gate was very helpful in securing us a taxi. Not much option for breakfast on property, so we had to go elsewhere. Also, we had to pay for beach chairs at Eagle & Palm beach, which is included when you stay at the resorts. Overall, a good choice if you prefer a secluded area

Hotel is in good condition although somewhat old. I could use a slightly bigger bathroom.

The facility is excellent but communication was lacking. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and there was no communication. The room was facing west and we saw the beautiful sunset every evening. However, the blind malfunction for 2 nights and no one come to fix it.

Wonderful place for family trip. Two bedrooms was ideal with grownup kids. Specular ocean view each morning and sunset at night. Awesome pool and a quick walk to both beaches. Super foods was a quick 5 min drive to grab all the groceries needed for the trip as well as hot items for a quick bite which was pretty resonablly priced. Every room might be different since its individually owned but the room we stayed had all the amenities and everything was in good working order. Staff was very friendly and polite.

While the facility is lovely and well maintained I unfortunately tripped on a twisted rubber mat at the entrance to our building and broke my arm in two places. When we reported it to reception, their advice was to call a taxi and go to the hospital. At check out we again reported the accident and the response was "oh well, it can happen on vacation or not on vacation". There was no concern, no offers of assistance, and no follow up. From home, I contacted the management and after several weeks the response was essentially that they had received no report of an accident, all of their mats are secure and they have received no complaints. I interpreted this response as at first, denial that the problem existed and secondly, they had no responsibility at all for the accident. My intent was not to create difficulties for the facility but to alert them to the potential problem for others and to alert them to the ineffective response of the staff. While their response assured me that guests' safety of concern to them, their response to my injury did not support this claim. There are so many options for places to stay in Aruba; I would suggest trying to find one that does take guests' safety seriously and accepts responsibility for that safety as much as possible
