The hotel is within walking distance to everything you want to see in Santiago

We booked two rooms. While our room was ok, our daughter’s room smelled like a sewer. When we went to the front desk to get the problem taken care of, there was no one there even though it was 40 minutes before they were scheduled to leave. Needless to say, our daughter and son in law didn’t it sleep very well that night.

There is no on site person to contact for any need one might have or problem with the room. The drain in the shower did not work, water flooded the bathroom and bedroom. With no onsite personnel, I spent an hour and a half trying to contact someone to help as I couldn’t use the bathroom or get in or out of the room due to water. After a day of walking the Camino into Santiago, this was a terrible experience.

Very impressed. The location is so close to the Cathedral, touris areas with dining and shopping. Also the Alameda Park is amazing. Room is clean, comfy, super helpful friendly staff. Great value for the money.

Loved the proximity to everything and felt very safe at night. Didn’t love the pokiness of the rooms and there was nowhere to hang a towel to dry as you get one per stay. Otherwise overall this place is new and clean and modern just be prepared for very small rooms where all you can do is lie on the bed.

Self check in. Cool! Fine for a one night stay. Feels like an undecorated dorm room. No frills like blow dryer, coffee pots etc. It was very clean Air condition barely or not working so opened windows and endured alot of road noise and humidity (it was raining). Might get hot in late summer Construction work next door with loud tapping started early in the morning. Super annoying. Directions on parking not clear. Need to make sure people know not to park in front at night. Great location by all the action. Could probably get a higher end hotel for not much more money.

good functional room

Outside of the bldg doesnt look good but interior is fully renovated. Liked ecerythjng about the room except I could smell the new paint. Had window open for hours, still could smell the paint.

Convenient location, easy check in and clean accommodations.

Comfy beds, great breakfast! No shuttle available for arrival or departure. Had to pay Uber for transportation to and from bus station even though hotel advertised shuttle service.
