Wonderful location, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. Great stay.

After have an unfortunate experience at another hotel that rebooked my room at one of their sister properties without telling me this who tell was honestly such an upgrade. My check in was quick less than 2 minutes. They had a bottle of wine chilled on ice and the location was beyond perfect. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and everything is embellished in gold. They even have a small terrace with a grass wall if you want some fresh air. I have no complaints my expectations were exceeded. When I come back to Lisbon, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in central Lisbon. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Our room was quiet despite being on the second floor facing the street. Very pleasant stay.

The staff was wonderful and they were quick to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a great location for exploring Lisbon.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and made sure that my baggage made it to my room before I even did! The room was very well set up and spotless. The location is unbeatable! Great stay.

Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly proactive, friendly and fun. They provide provided water, tea, coffee, and snack snacks throughout the day. They made sure I always had full water in our room and gave us access to other drinks within our room. Was able to walk to shopping dining end of the party I was invited to.

It was wonderful to receive such great care after a long day of travel.

Room was great. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice size shower/bathroom with good water pressure and heat. Pillows were fine. There was an option to ask for different ones if they were not what you wanted. The walking tour was not available while we were there which was a bummer. Location was perfect for getting everywhere. Small but tasty breakfast. Coffee was from a machine, which I found a little odd. If it wasn’t included I probably wouldn’t have eaten there, but it was fine. Overall, I’d stay again and it was nice.

Superb room, with two French doors and small balconies…and perfect view of the beautiful Avinida Liberdad. Wonderful, friendly staff who helped us with sightseeing reservations, dining out suggestions, and allowed us extra time to check out (wife was feeling a little ill). The complimentary breakfast each morning is freshly made, varied, and filling - not your typical “continental”. Bravo!!
