Scammers called my room 15 minutes after checking in saying they needed my credit card, went to the desk instead of giving it to the kid on the phone , it wasn’t them - later that evening and the next morning multiple other people told me they got the same call in some were even scammed out of their credit cards.

Staff was very friendly; check-in was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again

The room and hotel both were very clean. All staff members were very kind and pleasant!!!

Breakfast was fine. Pool water was pretty cold.

Place was clean; arrived 40 minutes early ftom check-in time, so they claimed my room (king bed) wasn’t ready, so they gave me a downgraded room (queen bed), without any discount in price, but at least l could check in. However, sometime within my first 24 hours stay, some cash went missing from my room…quite upsetting, since it was money l planned on giving to someone in need. Also, only bold coffee and no cold half&half available the second morning. Also no bananas or regular milk (only skim) for cereal the second morning. Bed was harder than to my liking, and trash truck was heard across the parking lot beeping at 1am my first night there.

The rooms were fine, but the TV was broken. when asked if we could have a discount on our bill we were told NO. 3 nights and no TV Hard to relax at the end of the day. So no, we don't feel we got our money's worth.

Great option after a last minute change in hotels

Would give negative stars they double charged me and wont answer the phone. Fraudsters.

Nice hotel near

The breakfast was a bit lackluster for a basic continental breakfast. It was missing a few options that are typically available at other hotels such as a waffle maker and different types of fruits.

The location was clean and well kept area with restaurants and shopping near by.

Slow checkin as no one was attending the front desk. TV didn’t work until I powered on and off. Nice room and good location even if a little hard to find.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel during a volleyball weekend for our daughter. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but otherwise it was a major disappointment. The bathroom lighting was very dark, the toilet paper roll stuck in the holder repeatedly rather than rolling smoothly, and the water pressure in the shower was horrible!! There also weren’t many hooks on the wall or in the shower for hanging towels and washcloths. There were limited choices for breakfast and, of those choices, the omelets were the consistency (and taste?) of rubber and the blueberry muffins were dried out and crumbled as we tried to butter them. There were no waffles or pancakes. I am someone who can eat just about anything, so the fact that we drove next door to McDonald’s for breakfast on our second day says a lot. We will not stay here again.

Our room was amazing! Everything was perfect to a T. We had two queen beds and a very nice shower. My room did not have a hairdryer and I didn’t bring mine. I called the front desk and it was in to my room within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk personnel were great and most accommodating!
