Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to the marina, beach and restaurants. Loved everything about it.

Beautiful hotel with a tasty breakfast. It was quite warm and humid outside so we really appreciated the air conditioning. Nice location close to the town center.

Lovely large rooms

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating - they were able to offer us nearby parking in a private lot for 5 euros per night - we’ll worth it to know we would have a safe place to park each night we got home, and also while we were doing things I. The town center. Excellent breakfast, and our large double room was beautiful and quiet.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room that was perfect for 4 guests. Very comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible breakfast. It was so nice to have a nice balcony to sit on in the morning with coffee and evening with wine!

Casa Pateo is beautiful. Very high ceilings, stylish furniture, comfortable bed and soft sheets and towels. The bathroom and room each had a balcony. Hot water and great water pressure. Room was large for 3 adults. Our flight was early (7 am) so we missed their inclusive breakfast but they packed us a nice to-go sandwiches without us even asking. Gabriella at the front desk was welcoming and just the BEST. We left something behind and she took care of mailing it back to the USA. She communicated and had great follow through. Simply tops!

Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff! Charming room, beautifully furnished, and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend! The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous classic architecture and has been cared for so well. Incredible included amenities like free coffee and tea, homemade goodies, a gorgeous room for breakfast, and a lovely shared patio!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a rental car and they gave us the run down on where and how to park around the city. They also offered suggestion for dining and tours. The hotel is beautiful and very charming! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. They also have laundry service available for a small cost.

Dec 24 and 25 there were not open places to eat. The ladies helped us by calling good local Hotel for a reservation. It took e them long time , because most of them were only open for their own guests only. But the succeeded and we got a great meal each day. Thank you !

The name of this hotel is quite appropriate as it is indeed charming. The manager upon arrival, Gabriella, was exceptional in assisting with arrangements. Other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Many dining options close by. Located in the heart of the centro city of Ponta Delgada, it is convenient to walk in the neighborhood.

Beautiful property, everything was elegantly decorated. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was just perfect- we enjoyed fresh fruit, delicious baked almond tart, and a local Sao Miguel cheese. All staff were exceptionally gracious. Absolutely charming!

An exceptional couple of days in a truly charming house in the middle of Ponta Delgada. Close to everything you wish for for a city centre, the relaxing atmosphere, delicious seasonal breakfast, captivating smell and luxurious decoration and furniture make it the perfect place to stay. Not to forget the immense gratitude and help from the staff. This place is a must do for a short luxury stay in the Acores!
