Requested two beds and the combination of two separate reservations and the front desk was able to accommodate.

Great location, room was clean and large for a European standard. I will stay here again.

It’s a good base for Caen if you don’t have a car. Close to the train station, close to city center (walking distance or taking the tram). Shower is amazing water pressure, kitchen is super clean and has a small fridge, microwave and stove (didn’t use). Nice sealed window so it’s quiet inside the room. The AC could use some work perhaps - it’s not super cold, maybe just a maintenance issue.

Conveniently located, close to the train station but we had a car. Secured parking area for the hotel which was nice. Lots of places to eat close by. Area is pretty along the river front. The staff were friendly and the suite spacious with a small kitchenette. Despite the hotel advertising laundry facilities, their dryer was not working and they charge 10€ to do a load for you. We were on the top floor and the a/c wasn’t really working so was a bit warm. Hallways were cooler than room. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t really so left the window open. For the money you can’t go wrong.

This could have been a better review, but we booked what they call a 2 bedroom suite as we were travelling with my mother in law. When we checked in, the room was a 1 bedroom. The room ad said separate bedrooms and separate living/eating area, but the “2nd bedroom” was a pull out couch in the living area. We asked for an upgrade to the room we booked and pre paid for, but they wouldn’t move us. We asked to compromise and if they included free breakfast or something, we could overlook the mistake, but they said there was nothing they could do, only that they were going to change the wording so it doesn’t happen to the next person. The surrounding area was a bit of a sketchy area, however, the only saving grace was the Italian Restaurant, Almafi, about a block away. Phenomenal food, wine and service!! 10/10!!!

We enjoyed the space and the facilities of the room. We were a little surprised by the sofa/pull out bed but it was comfortable enough.

Large room with fridge, stove, microwave and cookware/dishes. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Laundry available - 9 Euros for wash/dry/detergent with large clean machines. Great stay. Only downside- could have used more pillows.

Wonderful room with lots of amenities.

Great hotel! Disabled street parking at the door. Full kitchen. Bright room. Blackout curtains that completely close and overlap. Dish soap and sponge supplied. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space. Some towels were either stained or still dirty and they didn’t provide soap or very many pillows. The WiFi did not work very well.

Property is fine. Staff is very accommodating. Room is clean and amities kept to minimal. Only clean once a week and charge for extra cleaning. Fit the price we paid it is not justified. Walking distance to train station.

Close from the train station and main tourist attractions. Kind staff. Very nice studio, modern and large. Very confortable bed. Good breakfast. We wnjoy our stay.

Wouldn’t stay again as we spent too much time trying to fix problems with Wifi and the room. Sent an email to director manager to discuss he has chosen to ignore me.

Our car broke down so we had to extend our stay for a few days. This hotel was wonderful. A little more expensive as parking was €15 per night and Breakfast was €15 per person per day. I think both parking and breakfast were excessive but we were stuck. But still waiting on a receipt to be emailed from the hotel as promised because their printer was broken when we were leaving!

Good location, near shops which was useful as we had a small kitchen. Walkable to both the train station and the care rentals.

The reception staff was very helpful helping me coordinate my dinning, sightseeing and travel plans.
