I had no complaints

Our room was quiet. The hotel is spotless, includes a good breakfast and strong coffee.

This hotel was awesome from the moment we got there earlier than check in and the staff was so kind. They got our bags tagged and took them to a safe spot where we could claim later. Room was actually pretty spacious for a manhattan hotel, clean. Right after we got in we had some trouble with the toilet and within five minutes they had someone up to fix it and within minutes everything was good. They check with you how often you want the room made up, i was able to say on days when we just needed new towels not a whole room clean and then the days when we needed more. Walking distance to all the shopping in Soho, Quick train rides up town or to the village. I would 100% stay here again or recommend!

Don't let the Best Western name fool you. This is a very nice hotel! The rooms are modern and up to date. The staff is very professional and pleasant. Location is great! My only complaints were no coffee maker in room and no way to adjust temperature in the room. However I would still highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean

Best Western Plus Soho Hotel near the Tribeca area in New York is a gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is prepared with care by the onsite chef/cooks. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and a great value for the area they are in.

Very clean & new. Staff, especially at the front desk were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Would highly recommend.
