Checked in for the weekend and turned out terrible not recommended for others to stay very unhelpful staff especially Denise Yanez was having trouble with my card and it was a weekend so I told her I would fix the issue with my bank but she locked me out of my room and requested me to pay or can’t stay so had to pay with my only pesos I had and told her I’ll be checking out in the morning and left to City Express Hotel which they helped me out a lot better so guys be cautious you don’t want to go threw what I went through not recommended thanks be save

The room was beautiful and clean. Excellent view of Gulf of Mexico. I will be back again.

There is a rare sharing of areas between two hotels. Convenient but wear.

I really like this hotel we stay for three days. The rooms were amazing. They booked a small suite and it had two bathrooms, which was great.

This hotel was great! Very clean! The only real gripe I have is that the electricity turns off when you leave the room. You have to use your card for it to be on but they only give you one. That means you can’t leave tablets charging while you’re out and about. Also if it’s a really hot day, your room will need time to cool off when you come back. Hallways are very dim. Otherwise the pool was always clean The restaurant food was very good and they have a cute play area for kids while you eat. Please note the outdoor play area in the pictures was no longer there. It was a selling feature for us so we were bummed to discover this.

Location is excellent, facility conditions need some improvement. The fridge wasn't cooling properly and the stove did not heat up very well. Needed some cleaning inside the cabinets. Personnel was very nice, the cleanness crew was very nice.

Astur was great. they can improve by cleaning their beach out of the boulders that lie in the ocean. It is impossible to enter the ocean at their waterfront. It was not bothersome but I had to walk a bit to their neighbors beaches.

pros-Clean comfortable rooms Ocean view is killer. Pools were nice different temps. cons- not the greatest food at the restaurant very bland. Staff not very informative.

Great hotel right on the beach. The staff at this hotel makes your stay feel like you are with family. Helpful in every way. Great restaurant, pool bar and bar. The value for an ocean view suite is amazing.

Although my room faced the street the large windows did a good job sealing out the noise. Air-conditioning worked well. Left before breakfast so cannot rate their restaurant. Several restaurants across the road.

Great hotel beach side along the Malecon. Great pools as well but was way to windy for us to enjoy them during our one night stay.

We had only one night but loved this hotel and were able to walk the beach in the evening and next morning; the staff was very helpful and spoke English.

We got a suite with ocean view, and wow, what a view. Relaxing in our room with the ocean breeze blowing from the beach (literally right outside) was one of our favorite experiences during our trip. Also a plus was the very spacious bathroom.
