El estacionamiento esta a dos cuadras del hotel, las camas muy duras, pero El servicio de la persona de recepcion es muy Buena

I liked the location, in downtown near the main plaza and restaurants. We had to walk a few blocks to park the car in a paid by the hotel parking spot. The hotel does not have elevator.

Room was clean. However it was very humid even when the ac was running. It made my luggage stink. The room is also dimly lit and WiFi signal isn’t great. The price was reasonable if on a budget but I would likely not return.

The handle in the bath broke, I almost had the room flooded, however it was just open too much but I never had anything handle that could r Literally be taken off the wall if open too much

The check in was fast early and great customer service

Location is EXCELLENT walking distance to the Zócalo, the heart of the city

Great location if you love to party all night. I’m old so I don’t. J/k. I’m not that old. But in seriousness it is loud until past midnight and karaoke is a thing right next to the place. Bad karaoke. The room was spacious. The bed was like a concrete wall. But is common in Mexico. Parking was 2 blocks away so kinda a pain to get your luggage to and from.

Almost new very well maintained, location is great. No elevator that’s the only negative thing.

El hotel esta en una zona excelente. Cerca de todo en el centro historico. Sin embargo la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las paredes en la habitacion muy sucias. La cortina de vaño no se ha cambiado en meses. La regadera oxidada y con sucia. Y lo ñeor de todo. Sin AGUA CALIENTE.. el precio es accesible. Pero para estar en una zona tan importante del Puerto, deberian darle mantenimineto. Ah. No hay elevador, di tiened habitacion en el 3er piso, preparste

Habitación en buenas condiciones y agradable ambiente. Únicamente mejoraría las almohadas. El personal amable, cordial. Nota: NO tiene ascensor. ( no es claro en app )
