Great people and hotel

All good.

Great for a short break, pleasant staff and good breakfast choices (free), only downside was the room was ridiculously hot and the air conditioning was insufficient and you vould not adjust other than that a good choice overall.

Lovely staff but lots of issues with the hotel itself and the rooms which affected the quality of our stay. There was a sewage smell throughout the building. Rooms had issues with the sinks (blocked drained) - which would result in the contents of the sink re-emerging and leaving filth around the basin. We were moved rooms and the problem persisted. This made it impossible to use the sink for anything (brushing teeth, washing off make up, washing hands etc.) There was only one big towel per room and we kept having to ask for a second one. Breakfast was fine. Good location, quick and easy access to the metro and nice dining options in the local area. Would only recommend for a short stay (1-2 nights) and if on a tight budget.

Very small room, no English TV, no fridge in room. Not really a 3 star imo. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location.

This hotel was a great find in Paris. It is unfortunately not very close to the sights one would want to see in Paris but it was only a 30 minute metro ride to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre museum. The beds were really comfortable, the breakfast was great and the hotel room was clean. The staff at the front desk are SUPER friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel très correct. Personnel accueillant et buffet petit déjeuner varié et qualitatif. L'établissement était parfaitement situé pour mon motif de séjour (stage culturel). Environnement urbain calme et agréable d'une Commune à taille humaine offrant de nombreux services, commerces et restos de toutes catégories. Le tout à une demi-heure de Paris (L12).

Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich, tägliche Reinigung. Frühstück etwas chaotisch, keine sauberen Tische, zu wenig sauberes Geschirr vorrätig.

Hôtel bien placé et chambre de taille correcte, mais… La gestion de la salle du petit déjeuner est un fiasco ! Tous les matins, il faut demander sa tasse à café (pratiquement aucune tasse propre disponible), son verre pour prendre un jus de fruit (aucun verre propre disponible), le nettoyage d’une table, des couverts (non mis à disposition pour les clients), le rempotage de tout un tas de choses à manger sur la banque commune… Personnel inefficace. Nous avions donné une seconde chance à cet hôtel que nous trouvions plutôt bien placé. Mais clairement, il existe une problématique soit de management soit de ressources humaines qui n’est pas réglée. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Hôtel très sympa

Problème de communication car à la réservation sur hotels.com j'ai fait une demande de place de parking via la case message à l'hôtel (il était indiqué d'en faire la demande lors de la réservation). J'arrive à l'hôtel devant le parking et on me répond qu'il n'y a pas de place. Je dois alors aller au parking public. Dans l'après midi je reçois un mail me confirmant que mon parking est réservé, qu'il y a de la place. J'appelle juste pour vérifier et la personne me dit qu'elle s'est trompé, en fait non, pas de place....bref rageant et j'ai du payer le parking public au final plus cher que ce j'avais prévu à l'hôtel. Appelez les pour le parking au lieu de le reserver par message...

Excellent rapport qualité prix, quelques équipements cassés dans la chambre sinon parfait

Proche métro et parking

Foi otimo, quarto espaçoso, funcionarios muito gentis, e ainda colocaram um berço para nossa bebê. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Bem proximo à uma estação de metrô
