Very central apartments, easy to get to from airport by bus/tram or taxi. Apartment has everything you need for a city break , including a washing machine. A little disappointed that we paid extra for an apartment with a balcony and found that our balcony had a high solid wall so you had no view if sitting down. Other balcony apartments in the same block had balconies with glass wall or railings so you could see out. Also discovered on check out when we joked about wishing the apartment had air conditioning ( it was hot weather) that some apartments do have a/c but not all. If you’re brave enough to book very late you might get an apartment at a much cheaper price. We paid almost £200 more for our apartment booked only a few weeks before our trip compared to the price right before our trip. Sent e-mail to query if we could get a refund of the difference but no reply from the apartment team. Despite these issues would stay in apartments again if returning to Gdansk. Gdansk itself is well worth a visit.

The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. The breakfast is served in a restaurant beside the apartments and was excellent. You can choose one of the main dishes from the menu and can have as many drinks as you want.

Nice apartment but bedroom very small and bed pushed into a corner where you had to wriggle to bottom of bed to get out at both sides. We ended up moving the bed to the middle of the room which was ludicrous and meant it was hard to see TV and under the bed was full of dust. Very basic amenities in kitchen. Though did have a dishwasher and washing machine so if staying a while would come in useful. Very quiet compared to hotels rooms. Great location within walking distance of everything. A shop and cafe right next door. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment as was expensive and we'd rather eat elsewhere. Gdansk in general is beautiful and has been developed a lot since we went 6 years ago. It now feels like a 'rich city' and the prices reflect this which have increased dramatically. Still fantastic though.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable (Appt 97) our only complaint was couldn’t get an English speaking channel on tv. Tried to get bbc news channel but it didn’t work.

Our apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. However, it is meant for at least 4 people, yet had fewer dinner plates than that and only 2 patio chairs! We would have liked to use the pool more, but the only access is a long walk outside, then through the hotel, and we were allowed only 1 hour free use per day - I don't know the cost to use it longer than that. When you account for the time to shower and change clothes, that's not much time per day to use it. Also, the hot tub was not hot. Pool was nice but had so many people in it, we could not swim. It was disappointing to have to pay for extra towels and coffee and tea for our 5-night stay.

They should make it clear that the apartments are one block away from the hotel so you need to take a short walk to ammenities. The apartments are not at all as nice as the hotel. Wished this was made clear and I would have nooked the hotel Also they should not charge for towels at the pool considering the price

I have stayed in Gdansk several time and this Apart hotel I highly recommended. My apartment had everything you could wish for and was like brand new. Location was excellent, the city centre and tourist sites are in easy walking distance. The only thing I would add is a safe. Not because the site was not well managed and had good security but because I am used to having a safe in my room on my travels so I missed it.

Our flight arrived very late and we were still met with a very warm welcome at reception. The apartment itself was spotless and of a very good finish. The location is great too. My only (small) gripe would be I asked for a cot but there wasn’t one set up.

Lovely apartment, and friendly staff. The spa and pool were excellent. The breakfasts were really nice, different to Western Europe cuisine, but okay. Loved Gdansk, and recommend the location and the apartments.

This was a last minute booking for us to go to Gdańsk. Opted for the Grano Apartments due to the fact there was the Spa. 43 zlty in a taxi from Gdańsk airport and the reception is 24/7 which worked perfectly for our flight which arrived late. Point to note be sure that you inform the taxi driver of the correct Grano Apartments specifying that it’s the “old town” apartments you want. I made the error of just saying Grano Apartments and the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong apartments. The friendly staff at the initial drop off put us straight and after a short walk we arrived at the main Grano hotel where we were greeted by very friendly staff who checked us in and pointed out all the usual information you expect at hotel check in. The apartment is just around the corner from the hot with its own entrance door 2 lifts available. We opened the door and were greeted with a very smart modern open plan apartment. We were a family of 3 so mum and dad had the double bedroom and junior had the sofa bed in the open plan lounge area. Plenty bedding and towels available. The apartment has everything you need and it was clean tidy and very well decorated. I can’t fault the Grano Apartments Old Town Gdańsk is any way. It’s very central plenty convenience shops very near by. All in all we have a very pleasant and comfortable stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to use this accommodation again. 10/10 from us. The spa pool which is located inside the main hotel which we had the use of was al
