Amazing property and staff. I had booked two rooms for 1 night while in transit to windsor. The rooms were spacious, clean and renovated. I had a slight hiccup when one of the rooms had a very bad smell but the staff immediately made it right by offering to either change the room or address the issue. I chose to keep the room as both rooms were next to each other, they placed an ozonizer for 30 mins which fixed the issue. There was security 24x7 with multiple security guards in the property and the parking. One of the best hotels in GTA that i have ever stayed at.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, and super clean. Foid at the bar was delicious. Would've been nice to have a microwave in the room, slip preventative stickers in the tub, and free breakfast like all the other Hyatts. Overall very good.

LIKED - sitting area - comfortable bed - clean, sleek bathroom DIDN'T LIKE -lack of shower wand - something about the ventilation system causes my partner and I to become congested after 2 to 3 hours

Room was spacious and new. Staff polite. Under the bed sheets found dried up rice. Which means they dont change sheets

Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. Hotel is pretty new. Stayed here a few times on trips to Toronto.

Expedia and property were not in alignment so check in took a very long time and the. I was charged twice with a promise of resolution at check out - meaning spending time also at the desk to check out after prepaying weeks in advance. Sloppy on both the property and Expedia. Desk clerk was very apologetic and worked hard to resolve issue which needed to wait till morning and manager.

First experience was amazing we had guest visited us in the room we had light loud talking no one was bothered another room or staff of hotel

I like the property was clean and the breakfast was not bad. I would come back.

Beautiful room, nice and clean, this was our second time staying. However, This time we were on the street side and it’s loud. Kept us up. We prefer the parking lot side

The property is in a very industrial area, but still in close proximity to the airport without the overhead noises. Everything was very clean and organized and the front desk staff was helpful and efficient.
