Overall a good stay. The hotel is starting to show it's age and the room wasn't fully cleaned.

Beautiful room and views. The staff was amazing!!!! I can not stop telling everyone how amazing the guys and gal who valet are care and brought our stuff up and down to are car were. There was a small water pipe burst and we were on the 17th floor the beautiful people had to carry all our stuff down due to no electricity. From the min we got there to min we left they were very attentive. Thank your u for making our stay from Oregon great even though that one day wasn’t so great. Walking up 17 floors and down, with no showers was a little rough but the hotel made up for it. Thank you again.

We were able to get early check-in and room upgrade. The room is modern, clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to explore downtown Vancouver. We would stay again.

Loved my stay

Woke in the night to fire alarms that cycled on an off for hours, woke to no running water, couldn't have a bath that we paid extra for, couldn't even run water to brush our teeth. Couldn't have the breakfast that was pre-paid for, no communication from the staff to let us know what was going wrong, no elevators working so had to assist my wife with knee issues down the stairs from the 12th floor while carrying all our luggage. And absolute nightmare of a stay, I am expecting a FULL refund of all charges.

Great hotel. Great service. Very clean room. We stayed in the Executive One Bedroom with our toddler and had a great time.

Nikki at the front desk does an amazing job! Made us feel valued and was so kind.
