Loved this great modern hotel with every detail exquisite and original. The breakfast area was beautiful, the rooftop with superb views of the city. Spacious rooms with ample bathrooms and amenities. Very cozy and helpul staff. Loved the dog at the lobby.

Beautiful hotel in the most gorgeous setting with friendly staff. Loved staying here and can’t say enough about how fantastic the staff was. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and landmarks to visit. Would definitely come back here if we go back to San Miguel de Allende.

Excellent service throw our stay. Kind, helpful professional staff. Only suggestions is to ensure all AC equipment in an occupied is in good working condition at all times. Solutions were found when brought to ftont desks attention. Look forward to staying again in the future

Overall a really nice boutique hotel In SMA- rooms and beds were very comfortable and nice. like access to filtered water throughout the property. Very limited dining - mainly breakfast and coffee was weak! Lots of places to get better nearby so not a problem. My friend liked the gym. Staff is just delightful and happy to help with anything. Unfortunately for us, our several days in SmA were cloudy, overcast and cold and the only common area at the hotel is in entry/lobby. Had to be all bundled up to get coffee or breakfast. Generally no space outside of your room to chill and relax at the hotel. Having said all of that, like modern clean aesthetic of the hotel and would consider for another trip to SmA
