Room was clean staff was friendly and helpful

Spacious rooms, very good mattress. Generous buffet breakfast. Beautiful property with huge pool. Loved seeing the animals maintained at the resort.

Very nice staff

Was here with family in Jun 2024. Good,well maintained and super-clean resort with lots to do in it. - gym, boating, tennis, table -tennis, basketball, cycling, swimming, ... The main pool is beautifully designed and quite large. There is also a lazy pool near the rooms. Rooms are large and come with a mini fridge and hair dryer. No microwave. No iron. Microwave is in the common area on the floor below the front office. The resort serves an excellent buffet breakfast which is replenished regularly by the kind lady server. Front office is very kind, efficient and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. There is a bar near the pool that offers a choice of cocktails and alcohol. There is also a mini zoo in the resort which houses a peacock and peahens, fouls, geese, ducks, goats, ponies and other colorful birds. The beach is a 5 min drive away. Worth visiting Praia de Mira the beach. The town of Mira does not have too much to offer otherwise. People at Mira did not come across as friendly or helpful as compared to other parts of Portugal. Restaurants in the beach area and the other parts of town are pretty pricey. Very few good low cost dining options. The resort offers grand buffet dinner, but you need to pre-book. I would sure recommend the resort but not the town of Mira.

The property is beautiful but needs updating. The food options were lacking and service was mediocre at best. Nice beaches nearby and proximity to Coimbra was good.

Second time staying at the facility and it was perfect. Really helpful staff. Highly recommend

Very beautiful , calm and scenic place. The beach and lake was just 12 min away with good dining and decent shopping options. This place is also v close to Aveiro , Porto or Coimbra. We loved our stay.

It was a nice hotel, but dated. Not enough staff, had to walk to reception to get someone to make you a drink at poolside bar. Staff were pleasant. Indoor pool out of order, so nothing to do when raining.

We spent 3 nights here and did not enjoy it for the money we paid. Breakfast was good but on second day toaster broke down and they did not replace it straight away, so no toast for breakfast. The Internet was one of the worst we have found. Continually dropped out and would not download anything. The cleaners do a good job but are a bit hit and miss. The first night we had no pillowcases on our pillows. Had to ask for some. The second day, they didn't clean our room and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The reception staff are excellent. The gardener does a fantastic job, the grounds look beautiful.

Clean rooms, nice staff, beautiful landscaping. They have horses and boats you can ride. Inside Pool water dirty could not be accessed but there was a gym. Breakfast was ok!

Só não foi excelente devido a um enorme grupo de turistas franceses que faziam muito barulho a partir das 6:00 da manhã, ocorreu em 2 dias seguidos.

Poderíamos dizer muita coisa mas resuminos tudo a: '...vamos voltar, com toda a certeza!' Desde os funcionários, ao local em si...tudo perfeito! Ideal para passar uns dias com crianças. Recomendamos, sem sombra de dúvidas! As paisagens...dignas de filme! Obrigada!!!

Os colchões são demasiado duros. De resto correu tudo bem. É a quarta vez neste hotel. Recomendo.

Espaço muito agradável, boa organização, limpeza impecável e pessoal muito simpático e atencioso. Pequeno almoço muito bom, jantar poderia ser um pouquinho melhor na variedade do buffet pelo preço. Recomendo tanto para casais sozinhos como famílias com crianças.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Fomos em família e um lugar para retirar e descansar. A noite tem sempre uma atração com música. A parte do jantar muito cara, mas tem opções de lanche no bar, ou se quiser sair de carro tem opções bem perto do hotel. Valeu a pena. Pessoal estrema mente atenciosos e simpáticos
