Hotel and room were clean. The place is quiet and withing walking distance of Ventura mall and other good places to eat. It is close to the airport as well. The only thing I did not like/understand was how dark the hallways are (I was on the second floor).

Terrible bed. Bad staff NOT at all friendly. They made mi to pay in cash when I did the reservation with credit card
