The hotel is not so far from jr kobe station. There are some convenient stores around the hotel. The staff is very helpful. They provide amenities during your stay (which you can take on the 1st floor near the receptionist counter). In case you need to call a taxi company but you can't speak Japanese, the staff will help you.

The hotel location was pretty good, it's not too far from the main Kobe station as well as several other smaller stations and it was few convenience stores & cafes nearby. The room was smaller than I expected but as I didn't spend that much time inside the room so it wasn't bothering me that much. There was also some vending machine, laundry & microwave on the second floor that you can use so I'd say it's worth the money if you're planning to stay in Kobe for a couple of nights.
