Good location, within easy walk of stations. Accommodation was OK. No hangers on the clothes rail which was disappointing and meant clothes had to be hung on backs of chairs in the living space.

This was a lovely location and it all looked very nice but the shower flooded, there was not enough loo paper, and the bathroom sink leaked into the bottom drawer. The place looked really nice but unfortunately it was not well maintained. The hallway was really dirty and should be maintained, (hoovered) regularly. It was however a great location and the access and communication was very good.

On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried about flooding the bathroom. There is noise planes, main road and train track but not unusual for London 2 train stations close by, we used Gunnersbury. Also a Lime Bike station outside. Short walk from Gunnersbury Park and Kew Gardens, nearby options for breakfast, railway coffee shop does excellent coffee and Costa/Sainsbury’s but 30 mins walk takes you to Chiswick High St which has some nice cafes.

Nice enough spacious apartment, but there were issues: 1/ infestation of flies/bugs in toilet/WC & Shower 2/ Shower didn’t drain properly due to faltering shower drain tiles 3/ No A/C so flat got very warm and was uncomfortably so on a hot summers night Area that the flats are in is okay - Gunnersbury Underground station is about a 10-15 min walk away, and Kew Bridge overground station is nearby but it doesn’t offer many useful stops if you’re working in central London. App operated key entry system is okay, once you get your head around it, but found the Charles Hope pre stay checks annoying and unnecessary to be honest, when comparatively, you could stay in a nice ish hotel in the same area for the same area. Would I consider staying here again? Probably not, but it was worth the experiment to find out.
